Captain Dawson Tower Renovation – 2010

After years of neglect, the renovation of the historic Kadugannawa Captain Dawson Tower was successfully completed under the financial sponsorship of the Central Provincial Council, in collaboration with the Department of Archaeology and the Regional Economic Development Agency (REDA). The site has now been reopened to the public for viewing.
